The questions we get asked most, whichever system you choose.
Yes. Most of our equipment is supplied on rental, and some can be bought outright. Your service agreement sets out exactly what's included, from sanitisation visits to filters and repairs.
A mains cold water supply, a standard 13A socket close by and enough clearance for ventilation. Some units also need a drain. We confirm all of this before installation.
Most free-standing coolers are fitted in a single visit. Under-counter taps and boilers take longer because they involve drilling the worktop or wall and venting the cupboard. We give you a timescale at survey.
Every installation we do includes a water rail and a leak protection block as standard. If a leak is detected, the water supply to the unit is shut off.
Industry guidance is to sanitise mains-fed units and change the filter every six months. In hard water areas like Staffordshire we also descale, which keeps hot water and chilling systems running efficiently.
We isolate the water, replace the filter, run sanitiser through the internal water path, descale where needed, clean the outside, then flush and test the unit.
Yes. We service Zip, Billi, Borg & Overström, AA First, Crystal Mountain and other brands, whoever supplied them.
All our engineers are WRAS approved. We're SafeContractor approved, CHAS registered, NSF audited and a member of the Water Dispenser & Hydration Association.
We can fit IoT sensors that record usage and flag when a service is due, so visits are based on real use rather than guesswork.
We run an impact calculator at each service visit. You get a record of the single-use bottles avoided and the CO₂e saved, ready for your sustainability reporting.
